A Dope Designer from Brooklyn

Utah

Salt Lake City wasn’t originally on my travel list for 2025, however, I needed a quick reset. It felt like the perfect opportunity to dive into another corner of the U.S. shaped by peaks and valleys.

As soon as I touched down, I had a great experience meeting locals. When I was trying to find my rental car at the airport, I asked a maintenance guy for directions to the parking lot. Rather than pointing me in the right direction, he decided to stop what he was doing and walk me there himself. It was a really nice thing to do, and I definitely appreciated the assist.

The Salt Lake City skyline was beautiful, filled with mountains that looked painted onto the horizon, crisp air during the early morning drives, and a city that balances calm suburban energy with sudden bursts of adventure just a short drive away. I spent my days bouncing between scenic overlooks, soda shops, and off-roading through Zion National Park (fun fact: almost died). No strict itinerary, just vibes, altitude, and the occasional reminder that unlimited soda refills are madness, and I shouldn’t be trusted with that kind of power. My shots were taken on my X-T30 and my S20, I hope you enjoy the end results.
